Pregnancy Yoga
Specifically designed to support you through your pregnancy, these relaxed and friendly classes include meditation, breathing exercises, pelvic floor work and gentle movement to ease out aches and pains. Rachel’s Pregnancy Yoga classes also provide the opportunity to connect with other pregnant women, ask questions and share advice.
Suitable from second trimester until birth, with no previous Yoga experience required, you are always welcome to take part in as much or as little of the practice as feels appropriate for your body. Rachel will always give alternative options and encourage rest when needed. This class can be adapted to suit certain medical conditions.
